Texpel
is a durable, stain repellent finish which
protects against everyday spills without changing
the feel or comfort of the fabric. Liquids
bead up and roll off the garment and spills
can be quickly cleaned up. It also makes the
garment showerproof and is highly breathable.
Portwest’s exclusive
Tradeguard fabric is made
from 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton. Superior
dyes ensure colour consistency from batch
to batch. The yarns are all ring-spun with
long staple combed cotton that produces the
well-established benefits of strength, lustre,
handling and aesthetic appeal. It is fully
pre-shrunk with each garment providing warmth
and protection in multiple working environments.
Weight 300g and 245g.
Constructed from 65%
Polyester / 35% Cotton, this fabric guarantees
high performance and maximum comfort. The
material is fully pre-shrunk, has superior
dye retention, in fact all the features you
would expect from a modern workwear fabric.

test, Cordura® resists tears
and abrasions like no other fabric of its
kind. Ounce for ounce, Cordura® is more durable
than other fabrics. So regardless of your
activities, you'll benefit from the toughness
of Cordura®.

BuildTex™
Plus is a new, unique collection
of work clothes in a matt finish. This range
is robust, yet comfortable to wear.
We know trousers need
to fit well when you’re working in them.
To this end the design team has developed
the Flexi-Fit System. This system ensures
that your trousers will always fit well and
be comfortable, thanks to a hidden flexible
waistband with side extensions that hides
under your belt. So when you move the waistband
expands and moves with you. All trouser seams
are triple stitched for extra strength. To
ensure this range keeps its good looks with
minimal care, the fabric has a Texpel stain
repellent finish.
BuildTex™
Plus fabric is woven with combed
cotton (37%) on the inside for maximum comfort
and high tensile polyester (63%) on the outside
for maximum durability. It has a matt finish.
BuildTex™ Plus has a water and dirt
repellent finish. Weight 260g.
PLUS FABRIC
BuildTex™ Canvas is
woven with combed cotton (35%) for maximum
comfort and with high tensile polyester (65%)
to ensure maximum durability. BuildTex™
Canvas has a water and dirt repellent finish.
